Gabriel Horn爵士，现为剑桥大学政府政策项目主任。他曾任剑桥大学副校长，Sidney Sussex学院院长，他的研究领域为神经科学，致力于研究大脑功能与行为的相关性。由于他在神经生物学方面取得的卓越成就，他被授予爵士荣誉。

Professor Sir Gabriel Horn FRS, Chairman of Cambridge University Government Policy Programme.  He was for a time a Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University, and Master of Sidney Sussex College Cambridge.  His research interests are in the field of neuroscience, seeking to link functions of the brain with behaviour.  He has been honoured with a Knighthood for services to neurobiology and advancement of scientific research.
